Terms and conditions
• There is one competition prize which consists of a pair of tickets each month for a year from September 2010 until August 2011
• The winner will be required to inform Headline of their nearest Odeon, Cineworld or Vue cinema. Headline will then issue the winner with gift vouchers for that particular cinema to the value of 24 tickets
• The winner can then chose when to use their cinema tickets
• There is no cash alternative
• The vouchers will be sent to the winner via special delivery. Once the winner has taken delivery of the vouchers, Headline accepts no responsibility as regards any loss or damage to the vouchers
• No transport, food or drink is included in the prize
• The competition is open to entrants who are aged 18 years and over only and strictly residents in the UK
• Headline Publishing Group will choose the winner at random from all the correctly answered entries. The judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into
• The prize is not transferable to any third party and cannot be exchanged for cash • Employees of Headline Publishing Group, Hachette Livre, and their relations are not eligible to enter
• The prize cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers
• Only one entry per person
• The email address you provide to enter the prize draw will be used to contact you and will not be shared with other companies by the Promoters. The Promoters will only use your email address in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998
• This competition and these terms will be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Closing date for entries is 2nd August 2010 and the winner will be notified by 7th August 2010
• In the event of being unable to contact the winner, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry
• Incomplete entries will be disregarded
• Headline has arranged this competition in good faith but does not accept liability relating to this prize
• By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
