Terms and conditions for 2-night spa break and £500 to spend in Coast competition

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultant, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

2. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the excusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

3. No purchase necessary. To enter complete the entry form at www.headlinecompetitions.com/polly

4. All entrants must be 18 or over. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post or insufficiently per-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

5. Only one entry per person.

6. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

7. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.

8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the promotion closing date. The winner will be notified by e-mail or post within 14 days of the promotion closing date and is required to accept their prize by email or letter within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly – drawn correct and valid entry.

9. The prize consists of £500 to spend in the winner’s chosen Coast store. The prize is non-refundable, non transferable and has no cash value. The prize must be redeemed in no more than 2 transactions before 30/06/10. AND two night's accommodation for 2 people at any one of the Handpicked spa hotels. 1 x 1 hour treatment OR 2 x mini treatments during the stay for each person. All additional treatments will be charged at the normal rate. Full traditional breakfast on each morning and 1 table d’hote dinner on the first night. Subject to availability and black-out dates.

10. The prize winner will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the spa.

11. The prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.

12. There is no cash alternative to this prize.

13. The decisions of the judges will be the final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
